What a week! I have been writing papers non-stop. I am done with my 8 page paper, now I've got one LAST paer and two exams to study for for next week. I am pooped and have been feeling stressed. Stressing out causes my poor eating habits to come out and bite my toosh.
- Eat Clean
- Get a work out in (cardio + shoulders and Bi')
- Start my economics paper, at least an outline (due Wednesday)
- stay hydrated and drink plenty of water
- post office
- shopping :o) if time permits
- LASTLY, shower! Ive been working on this paper all morning.
I crashed at my moms house because I was working on the paper. I was literally STUCK! on the last two pages, this morning I was still STUCK! but managed to finish it.
I made 4 egg whites plus 1 egg yolk, sprinkled with pepper. Because sheesh, my mom has nothing to eat besides a pre-packaged tuna sandwich. I am not touching that. I had a microwaved hot pocket last night and I haven't had anything microwaved in forever. It's still bring processed in my body as I type.
