What a week! I have been writing papers non-stop. I am done with my 8 page paper, now I've got one LAST paer and two exams to study for for next week. I am pooped and have been feeling stressed. Stressing out causes my poor eating habits to come out and bite my toosh.


  1. Eat Clean
  2. Get a work out in (cardio + shoulders and Bi')
  3. Start my economics paper, at least an outline (due Wednesday)
  4. stay hydrated and drink plenty of water
  5. post office
  6. shopping :o) if time permits
  7. LASTLY, shower! Ive been working on this paper all morning.

I crashed at my moms house because I was working on the paper. I was literally STUCK! on the last two pages, this morning I was still STUCK! but managed to finish it.

I made 4 egg whites plus 1 egg yolk, sprinkled with pepper. Because sheesh, my mom has nothing to eat besides a pre-packaged tuna sandwich. I am not touching that. I had a microwaved hot pocket last night and I haven't had anything microwaved in forever. It's still bring processed in my body as I type.

In times of stress, this picture makes me happy and makes me go awwwww :o)
Like now :o)
Now I want a small kitty :o(

I was planning on getting an acupuncture treatment done today to relieve my stress and my aching joints. There is in institute here that I've read good reviews about. It is only $30 for an session, discounted for students with I.D.

I might have to take a look into that, but I weigh that with my option of buying 30 dollars worth of healthy groceries. *sigh

So I don't know. Help a girl out.

I'll be M.I.A but hope your weekend is filled with fun and excitement :o)

oh man! I am a terrible writer so I would struggle with all those papers. Let me know how the treatment is!

I love that picture, too! It's adorable and kitties and puppies always make me smile. Thanks for posting. I tend to eat poorly and overeat when I'm stressed (and bored), so I can totally relate! It's OK, just try your best. At least you know what's triggering these eating patterns and when your studies and paper writing are over, you can get back to eating clean and exercising. Don't beat yourself up over it. It's not worth it and will just add more stress to your life if you do! Plus, you can't shop when you're stressed...that's no fun ;) Have a good one, Angela!

Angela ... I got my package today and I LOVE it so much!! :) Thanks! You're the best! I'm so excited to try the bars, I LOVE tea and I immediately tried those truffles ... yum! ;)

Your package might be a little delayed ... my grocery store ran out of Trio bars and they're taking forever to restock them!! But the moment they restock them, your package will arrive :D
