Love waking up to rain, Hate school work.

This weekend had consisted of wasting time and going to bed late. For the past two nights, I've been sleeping in at 3 a.m because of writing papers and making projects. Reading this, some may think Wow this girl is dedicated and pushing through her school work to the brink!  ehhh, I would disagree. I've been using my time unwisely, therefore the consequences of that is = 4-5 hours of sleep and it is draining me!

After I woke up at noon yesterday (and missing out on breakfast) I vacummed the house, set up the foreman grill (I need to name it something especial) did the laundry, and finally ate lunch (while watching Dr. Oz).

+ After, I headed straight to the gym to work on shoulders and arms, and I was a tad disappointed that my cute trainer wasn't there :o(

+ So I used that excuse for the lack of intensity during my ellipitical run (30 minutes). I wore a double layer consisting of a thermal and hoodie because I love to sweat! but unfortunately, due to the absence of my hot trainer, I wasn't able to sweat as much and keep my heart rate up at 80% much. booo, so hopefully I see him today!

+ My co-worker told me that I should at least introduce myself...who does she think I am? I am so shy, what do I say? My worst fear is that I introduce myself and then he introduces himself and then *cricket cricket. Then she tells me that I should ask him for fitness advice etc etc. This sounds so lame when I write about it, which shows you all how lame I actually am :oP

After going to service, I arrived home at 10 p.m, crunch time! (Trio Tropical Bar + Socology Project)

I am afraid to say that I may be addicted to Starbucks, nooooooo.
Being a good girl, I resorted to Decaf because I need my ZZZZZZZ.
It didn't help that I finished my project til 2 a.m.

I was this close [--> ] to getting a Skim Pumpkin Spice Latte this morning, but when I analyzed a few of my decisions, I decided not to make the Starbucks run. I am actually saving that time for before I have my class tonight ;o)

+ Today I am getting my knees examined by my doctor. It has been causing a lot of painful discomfort lately and I can't find the culprit. It's either:

  1. My flat foot

  2. My jessica simson sandals!

  3. My old running shoes

  4. The stairmaster

  5. The elliptical

  6. From years of training when I was in X-country

  7. My leg training days

Hopefully I come out with answers or tests.

[EDIT]: I accidently left my lights on this morning because of the gloominess and rain. So I couldn't make it to the doctors, but hopefully I can make it to school. It's kind of scary attempting to jump start my car in the if I could find someone with a jump start...

I woke up to the rain today and it gave me a warm and comfort feeling,

I'm such a bucks addict too- but its so freaking tasty. Especially that pumpkin spice. Hope you get to the doctors tomorrow! I had similar car issues two weeks ago= soooo annoying!

Trio tropical bar? Not fair ... my store only has two choices of Trio bars ... is tropical good?

Awww, love the new decorum on your bloggie. It's so cute! I think you should introduce yourself! You're funny and totally hot! What so you have to lose?! BTW, your comment about not sweating that much b/c your trainer boy wasn't there made me crack up! I hope you see him soon ;) Sorry about the car - I would have screamed! Good luck on your paperwork. Get some sleep, girlie. I hope your knees feel better. Night night!
